4. ORDERING AND SECURITY
4.1. As part of the order process, Customer will
establish an account. Customer shall provide CAD 2 CAM, Inc. with accurate,
complete, and updated order and personal information. Failure to do so shall
constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate
termination of this Customer Agreement. European Union customers understand and
consent to the processing of personal information in the United States.
5. FEES AND PAYMENTS
5.1. CAD 2 CAM, Inc. reserves the right at any
time to change fees for the Service. Customer shall pay all fees and
charges for Services at the rates in effect for the billing period in which
such fees and charges are incurred. All fees and charges shall be billed to and
paid for by Customer, and Customer agrees to pay all applicable taxes relating
to the Services.
6. COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN CAD 2 CAM, INC. AND CUSTOMERS
6.1. Unless Customer indicates on the Customer order form that Customer does not want to receive such information, CAD 2 CAM, Inc., its owners and assigns, reserves the right to disclose certain limited Customer information (e.g., Customer's name, mailing address) to third party vendors for the purpose of providing Customer with information about products and services.
6.2. Customer authorizes CAD 2 CAM, Inc. to use
regular, unencrypted electronic mail for transmission of Customer Content. Furthermore, Customer agrees that CAD 2 CAM,
Inc. may use electronic mail for the purpose of informing Customer of changes
or additions to the Services, or of any CAD 2 CAM, Inc. related products and
services.
6.3. CAD 2 CAM, Inc. reserves the right to disclose information about Customer demographics in forms that does not reveal Customers' business or personal identities.
