1. GENERAL RULES AND
DEFINITIONS
1.1 Acceptance of
Agreement. It is mutually
understood and agreed that this "Customer Agreement," constitutes a
binding contract for computer file translation services between the
"Customer" and CAD 2 CAM, Inc., an Oregon corporation, whereby CAD 2
CAM, Inc. will translate Customer supplied data file(s) into Customer specified
file format(s) (the "Service").
If my business is a sole proprietorship, I acknowledge
that "Customer" refers to me personally. If my business is operated in any form other than a sole
proprietorship, I warrant that I am acting on behalf of the business entity,
have authority to enter into this Customer Agreement, and acknowledge that the
business entity is the "Customer." By accessing and using the Service, I
acknowledge that Customer has read the Customer Agreement, and accepts and
agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein, without limitation or
qualification.
1.2 Changes to
Agreement. CAD 2 CAM, Inc.
reserves the right, at its discretion and without notice, to change, modify,
add or remove portions of this Customer Agreement at any time. Each order for
Services will establish a separate and distinct contract, and will be governed
by the terms and conditions of the Customer Agreement in effect on the date of
the order. Customer agrees to visit
this page periodically to remain current on the terms and conditions for the
Service.
1.3 Customer
Content. "Customer Content," is defined as the specific
data files, which Customer provides to CAD 2 CAM, Inc. for translation pursuant
to an order for Service under this Customer Agreement.
